Our Nepalese Guards are best known for their history of bravery, strength and discipline. Our Nepalese Guards are former Policemen and Ex-Army. These guards are sourced personally by us from various parts of Nepal. We have reliable agents to help us to filter potential candidates to our minimum requirements and ensure that all guards are literate.

All guards are required to attend the Trained Nepalese Guard (TNG) training organised by PDRM at local PULAPOL.​

All of our local guards are sourced and vetted by Polis Diraja Malaysia. We ensure that they are clean and free from all records before deploying and training them to be a Security guard.

All Malaysian guards are required to attend the Certified Security Guard Training ( CSG) organized by PDRM at local PULAPOL bases. The National Blue Ocean Strategy under the orders of the Prime Minister's department wants to ensure that all Security guards are trained under the program.
